Two weeks into the low-carb experiment and I've already begun to see metabolic results. Last week's lab results show my glucose was 93 mg/dL. That's a decrease from 115 and 107 in 2012 and 2013, respectively. I'm sure exercise helped too. Overall, I'm content with the results.
