Well, I am a little coffee with my creamer kind of gall. since im trying to cut back on dairy and sugar or chemicals in sugar fee, dairy free. I stopped drinking coffee in the am. well I learned this weekend that putting cookies and cream protein mix in it is very good. then this am I used left over coffee and blended with protein mix and ice for a frapachino type drink. I was in heaven. so tasty. caffeine and protein all together. mmmmm

There is a reason professional cyclists have a limit to the amount of caffeine they can have in their system while competing. I do the same thing with my protein powder every morning.

Yummy Niki.. I love my coffee with my creamer too, my hubby just giggles hes a no additive type man... just coffee, but he gets tickled when we go to a coffee bar and you can adjust it to your tasting... he just will say honey, you are very unique lol
