Wow, feel like I have hit the wall! Guess I ate something over the weekend at the training that is not sitting well with me. My intestines are not happy. Despite that fact I enjoyed the day and went to a friend's baby shower. Such little blessings. One of my friend's there was also pregnant. She is a surrogate for a couple that has tried for 15 years to have a baby. This is the second time she has done it, amazing. Have a great week friends!

Your friend sounds amazing! Not many can do that!:) Have you tried a Ginger drink, Ginger is suppose to help settle your stomach, as you probably already know this. I hope that you feel better. GB~Ann :)
