Day 3 of vacation begins with sunshine and a chilly day of highs in the 40's. Hopefully better eating today, no popcorn!! Exercise will be again working on my house.

The guys just let me know they will be down later this am to measure and plan supplies for the rest of the siding etc.

I will make a quick run up to North KC to an Indian store for a couple spices I have not found, Home Depot and Lowes for my supplies. I have my little pantry closet planned out as to what I need. Love graph paper notebooks!

Thanks, am better, still get out of breath easily, that'll take a couple weeks, I can live with that. Just a quick break here and there. So happy the guys will be back tomorrow to replace my front door and work on tearing out the old siding on the rest of the fake chimney and get that re-sided. Now to get a late start on my paint prep in the kitchen, late tis OK that meant other things are progressing as well. They had no clue what the crumbly stuff is either.

Jeri, this is your life and you're living it, so your journal is all about you and your accomplishments. I love reading your journals, because it gives me inspiration to get out of the chair and go do something to make my life happier. It's good to look back on our journals and see how much progress we've made. :)

Deb, my journals are for me. I leave them public as I really do like the feed back. It helps me take a look at me from another perspective. I need a reminder often on where I am today, 2 years ago I was a bit of a mess physically and emotionally. They make me more accountable to myself. They give me a focus. I can go back and look to see what I did on a day, or why I didn't do a dang thing. Spent 2 hours hunting through paperwork I stashed before Christmas to find the direction book for my new storm door. Door has about 100 little pieces. Note to me, get this dang paperwork organized once I get my spare room back together. Thankful I found it. Lost my momentum though for sanding the wall hunting through all that paper. Have my ceiling paint stirred, it's been sitting for about a month. Will start doing the trim on the ceiling in a few. I enjoy painting, the prep is just necessary. I can do walls after it's dry, and the wall needing sanding is under cabinets not next to the ceiling. I can't get the bolt loose on the light over my sink, I'm sure that Sean or Carl will loosen it for me tomorrow if I can't get it off.
