Why did i not lose any weight this week!!??? Stuck to the diet pretty well & stayed at or below 1100 cal per day....even below 1000 cals several days....argh!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
