MUNCHIES
Today I feel like I have "the munchies". Have recorded everything EVERYTHING I've eaten all day and plan to eat for supper. Still, I feel like I was hungry every 3 hours today. Have still managed to stay well-within my intake vs. Kcals burned limits, but I feel like I've been bad :( Will start fresh tomorrow morning and TRY to make healthier choices for the day. Thanks for letting me vent my worry...

If you're within your limits why do you feel bad?

I feel bad because I ate stuff that I don't normally crave and that I KNOW is counter-productive to losing weight. Even if I stay within my limits, when I eat the wrong foods the weight goes RIGHT BACK ON. Unlike my childhood, I now have hypothyroid and the beginnings of menopause (DAMNED YOU MOTHER NATURE!!) Take a look at the second half of my day... Lots of fat (THAT I crave for flavor), carbs and sugar(?!), which I don't normally want. Also, lots of salt in the "junk" that I ate, which was obvious this morning (lots of water around my ankles and retained weight). Wondering if the food freak-out was because I'm getting sick (barking cough... yucky stuff... sleepless night last night). NO APPETITE today. Seriously. Will get on my elliptical this afternoon to try to work out some of that salty-water I'm holding and to stay true to the "challenge" I've joined (Walk 10 minutes per day). Just knew I was working against my goal, did it anyways, then felt guilty. Having a veggie LOADED salad with tuna for supper tonight (will make myself eat even though I feel blech). Climbing my butt back on the bandwagon. Thanks for caring, fat2foxy :) You're sweet.
