So my journey begins again...I have put on 75 pounds since the last time I was on here...shame shame SHAME! I almost can't believe it...but then again, i did go back to my old terrible eating habits and I quit exercising. I am motivated again to start losing weight. I can't keep on going on the way I have been..I will get up to 300 pounds if I do...and that just can NOT happen...my goal is still the same..140..but for now i would like to get down to 200 by the time august rolls around. So heres to the journey of becoming more healthy!!
