I've been dealing with a couple of things. The first is that my hubby is in snack mode and so it seems I am tempted all evening, It's the difference between the need to eat and the urge to eat. So far, I feel I have done okay. I want to eat because my body needs it not because it's just something to do. The second is is that I am making an effort to eat more protein, which is a little painful since I am having a flareup of TMJ. At this moment after eating breakfast a liquid diet is sounding pretty good. Thankfully I have a dentist appointment next Monday. But even with dealing with those 2 issues I am proud of myself since I got an hour and half walk in yesterday, rode my bike for and hour and did some weight lifting targeting my arms. Not a bad way to start the week. =)

Ouch - TMJ is painful so glad to hear you are working with the dentist on something. You can increase protein with a high quality protein powder in your shakes but you probably already do it.
