Argh my Dad is coming around with fish and chips for him and my hubby! My fav junk food meal! The smell is going to do my head in! And I am sooo hungry! And can't find anything for myself that I want to eat!

What is a girl to do????

Eat the fish and chips or tell yourself it can't taste as good as getting fit will feel - take your choice.

Well thankfully it is not gluten free, not that I would have caved in anyway..... am drinking a strong stock cube drink and had a teaspoon of peanut butter to keep me from going insane.....

Thanks for the hugs Mysterious. I ended up doing some baking around 8.30sh so have eaten some cheesy bones and a garlic muffin thingy (low carb). Not sure how to log it now LOL

Cheesy bones may be like a garlic bread stick? Garlic muffin perhaps a garlic bread? If you look on those maybe it will be close calories.
