Saturday - another pound lost, its slow going but I'll settle for slow as long as its steady. Thinking of changing to Atkins but have to get the book before I go into it.

Quiet day - home alone - Sue and John went to Daytona Flea Mkt but I decided to stay home and relax. Had planned on cleaning up my scrapbooking stuff but ended up reading and watching movie on TV.

Went in pool when Sue can home and had s swim with a little exercise thrown in. Nice day, no rain, but still many wildfires around the area and lots of smoky smells.

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 June 2011:
1097 kcal Fat: 32.23g | Prot: 70.11g | Carb: 141.14g.   Breakfast: weight watchers cream cheese, thin raisin bagel, coffee cake, fresh pear. Lunch: Garden Veggie Straws - Lightly Salted, fresh shrimp, fresh shrimp, cottage cheese, hard boiled egg. Dinner: chicken, garden salad. Snacks/Other: activia yogurt, kellogg all bran, sugar free jello. more...

Mary, I wonder if you had not ate the Bagel and the Kellogg all Bran could you have lost say 3 or more pounds???? hummmmmmmm :-) Get the book!! :-)

Great job on the 1 lb. Every little bit of down is a good thing. I am glad you had such a relaxing Saturday hope today is nice as well.

Mary, I see you ate only 1,097 KCals. Thats low, and you still lost one pound.. Your fat intake was low....and your carb in take was high...Was that net carbs??
