After over a year of no gym and not watching macros or portion sizes, I'm about 7kgs up (probably back up to 30% body fat) and feeling very nervous about getting back to gym this evening. It's time! Nervous but excited. Going to take things slow - my left shoulder is still iffy.

Let's do this. (13 months till the big 5-0.)
132.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I haven’t done any formal exercise in three years and battling with plantar fasciitis. But figured I’d start with better eating and work from there. Let’s do this!!! ♥️
