Pretty much exactly 16 months ago I gave up my gym membership, stopped my 3-5/wk workouts, stopped eating sensibly and... 8kgs and several inches up later, I miss feeling strong, I miss my shoulders - haha, I miss the energy I had, I miss feeling that good day-after muscle burn. I'm not enjoying my jawline... or my waistline, or not fitting into any of the clothes I altered during my fit years! And I'm definitely not enjoying the age aches that regular exercise seemed to keep away (sore back, stiff neck).

I stupidly have let myself get back to my super-sedentary pre-2017 self. Ugh. I've now committed to getting back to gym 1st September so I have a month of FatSecret recording of my bad eating... and hoping to at least get a daily walk or dumbbell or yoga session in, just so I'm not entirely shell-shocked come D-Day.

Goals. Strength, fitness, a return to Jump City, team challenges.

Come on, Julz, you can get this done before the big 5-0.

portion sizes
Hi - as far as I can tell, there's not one overall setting you can change. It's a case of using the drop arrow withing each food item you choose and hoping mls are there! Some only have 100g, some only have cups, some have all of the options though,
