What can I say, scale is up again today. Tried to thwart off what I thought was just a blip but appears not. Not too happy about this trend lately. Lot's of stressful stuff going on right now, just trying to keep all the balls in the air.

253.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just when we think we've got things all figured out, our bodies go ahead and do something unexpected just to show us who's really boss. I've no doubt you'll get this new blip figured out in short order.

Sometimes this WOL is just so strange. It can be the silliest little thing that can mess us up. You'll figure it out.
