THROWAWAY TUEDAY: Some of my buddies have "Throwback Thursday" when they post photos from yesteryear. I ALWAYS enjoy seeing them and thank them for sharing their "walk down memory lane." (I am technologically challenged and so will NOT be submitting anything..LOL.) But respectfully ask us all to think about having a "ThrowAway Tuesday." A day where we "Throw Away" any of our "hidden stash" OR trigger foods. If we do not have those unhealthy foods in the house,we are FAR less likely to eat them. Even more importantly, let us "throw away" the attitudes and mindsets that are simply NOT in our best interests. Yes, it is a process, but even spending some time today considering our "self talk" and our current eating behaviors will probably be very worthwhile. Let us PLAN our eating and then EAT according to our plan. Have a wonderful,MINDFUL Tuesday.
