Well i guess those 5 pounds i gained was water weight from all the bad foods i ate, lets see how much i lose next week, overall very good week intense workouts and proper diet.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
