My Birthday has came and gone, and so has the cake! However, I still have many cupcakes left over... I haven't been as good as I should have this week, but my weight didn't get out of control. I have been doing some excessing cleaning that has accounted for my exercise this week. I got the kids a puppy, and it had FLEAS!!! I bought it off a lady that claimed it was housebroken and an inside dog, but I found out otherwise from her mother that is was not. Her mother claimed it was an outside dog 80% of the time, explaining the fleas, and why it isn't house broken. Anyhow, we have had the dog about a week, so I have been busting my but to take care of the fleas before they get out of hand, shampooing all carpets, vacuuming religiously, and washing all clothes and bedding, and spraying flea spray everywhere. Anyhow, today my mother gets her 3rd chemo for her 2nd battle today. I will look up to her and use her as my inspiration today. She is fighting for her life, I can fight my battle with food, and I will win! (Dammit, I already ate a cookie today before 8am..lol) On to breakfast.
220.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
