After eating an entire pint of coconut sorbet, I got stabbing pain in my left ear. This is not uncommon, sometimes it’s the right ear.
I always turn off the pain, or more exactly, I turn off the source, by easing it, with my mind.
I have no idea what causes it, since I don't think eating sorbet caused it. It happens anytime.

I usually eat a half pint of sorbet, mainly because it's delicious and it eases my on going neck pain.
I can also turn off that pain, but it's better to use other ways as well.
Like my traction cervical collar, the anti inflamatory Turmeric, mixed with water and the analgesic Ginger Juice.
Or freeze it up with a silicone ice pack for 10 minutes.
The sorbet works almost as well.
