Really tired today. I've really worked my legs this week and after my S Mtn run yesterday, it might have been asking too much to do my BSD HIIT this morning. I've also cut out bread and junk food this week, so I haven't had as many carbs and that's probably impacted my energy too. I weighed in yesterday at 169.1 - the lowest I've been in months. DJ is home in a week and Ryan leaves in a month! Crazy time.
