Day 5 of Right Size Smoothies. Last night I wanted more -- so I had more, and stopped before 8pm. And was still under! :)
Goal each night is to get 8 hours of rest. So far, so good. Means I'm in the bed by 9:30pm. (We have no kids, so it's easier.)
Did not meet my water goal yesterday...waited too late to try to get it all in, and just wasn't up to 28.7 fl oz just before bedtime after guzzling 32 fl oz.
100 Calorie snacks today: 10:30am - Medium apple with 1/4 oz cheddar cheese. 3:30pm - 2 TBSP Tribe Spicy Red Pepper Hummus, 5 celery sticks and 11 grapes.
Yoga today -- Hubby prefers Daily Yoga...he likes the slow transitions. It's not my favorite, particularly holding some of the positions 40 sec to 1 minute. My body was not limber this morning to say the least! But we knocked out 30 minutes. Will do more at lunch today - uploading Yoga at Desk Exercise.
Wearing my new 18T jeans today. Amazing how awesome it is not to look like you are wearing jeans that shrank!
