Day Four of Right Size shakes. Ok, so I woke up at 1:30am and you know how you feel when you're hungry? That I might be sick if I don't eat something twinge? Yeah, totally had that and told myself no. Breakfast would be here soon enough. Worked.

Last night I got a cramp on top of my foot. Ugh! Those are awful! So downed some pickle juice for the vinegar to cut it. Walked it off. Whew! Abhor those!

Exceeded my water goal - 131.6 fl oz last night. (I highly recommend the Water Your Body app!) Goal today is 125.6 fl oz...and no, I do not count when I have black tea, herbal tea or sugar free apple cider. Those are above and beyond. I do count the V16, as it is mixed in with 33 fl oz water to get me jump started. V16 has no caffeine.

Shoulders/Arms and ARX today. Wore my performance elbow compression sleeve and it seems to have helped tremendously. Still using 3lbs vs my 5 - 15lbs. Let's let this injury heal before cranking it up again! OH! I nixed the side-tri-rise but did a special kickback exercise for my triceps off of a Tony Horton 9 minute arm routine. Sphinx Kickbacks -- no knees for this girl, and I probably was a little high...but 6 reps on each side! Thrilled!!!! (I really like trying different moves!)

Today's 100 calorie snacks:
10:30am Medium Apple and 1/4 oz cheddar cheese
3:30pm 2 TBSP hummus, 5 celery sticks, and 11 seedless grapes.


We did not get snow as predicted. Rain? Yeah, I'm pretty sure my neighbors think we're building an ark over here with all the hammering going on. :)
