Congrats, Buddy !!!! Good job...that's about 8 lbs. lost in Feb. and the month isn't even over YET !!!! Hope you are celebrating...AND the 250's are "just around the corner"...Keep on Keeping on...and I KNOW you will !!! :)

You're doing what most of us wish we could do.... losing at an even pace. Cool.

Thanks...I am in the yellow on the bar graph. I'm not sure where the cut off is that changes the colors on your progress. But for me the real progress is that I had to buy a second belt. Was very busy this morning and weighed myself before walking 3 miles. Then I weighed myself after walking and was 1.5 pounds less. Did not think i would lose that much water weight in this mild sunny weather. Today's walk was awesome in the mountain trails surrounded by all the snow capped mountains. Five months ago I would never imagine being able to walk as much as I can.
