Today has been a stress filed day. I went to see my mothers grave today and, well, it didn't go so well emotionally. I was good though by not eating to fit my emotions, and that wasn't easy.

Great work avoiding food to mask emotions. Grief comes in waves - ride the waves and it will get eventually take you to a place of peace.

I lost my mom last year, I know it's hard, I talk to my mom all the time. Tell her jokes, ask advise, and in general keep her spirit close. I know she has moved on but I love keeping her in my heart.
