How can this be............... I'm put on 1 pound this week..

I put more time in the gym and cut back on my cal. intake !!!!!

can some one help me with what is going on !!!!

Probably muscle mass from going to the gym. Muscle weighs more than fat AND helps you to burn more calories... stay on track and don't give up!

Or maybe you're not eating enough and your body is slowing its metabolism because of that?
