Booooooooo! Fell off track! Way off track! But I'm back again! Gave up soda finally! Drinking more water and will be in a 5k next Saturday 28th. Color Me Rad! I hear it's fun!

great job giving up soda. I am having a hard time with that one. 5k's are a blast, long enough to feel it but not long enough to need a week to recover. Have fun!
