Whoa! I lost six pounds in 1 week! Sweet! I tracked everything! All my meals, cheats and snacks, but I also beat my usual 3 day a week exercising. I'm totally excited! Yay!
Still on track to loose 100 pounds, but doing it two pounds at a time. If I lose more like I just did then that is totally awesome! Official start weight 225, then 219, now 215! Next I need to get her down to 213 and so on all the way to 120! Woot-Woot!!
