It has been a little while since I did a journal entry. So let's see, my diet and exercise had been sketchy lately-- to put it nicely. And because of that my weight has been fluctuating around 15 lbs lost. This isn't too bad but it's time to get back in the game and pick up where I left off. I'm just getting over being sick so I exercised for the first time in like a week yesterday and it felt great. Here's to getting back to it!
245.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It sometimes amazes me how working out can make me feel. For a while I haven't been working out as well and its so hard to get into the routine again, but once you do it feels awesome! I did a 30min moderate cycle workout on my stationary bike this morning and I feel really great at work right now. Keep it up and get back to working out!
