Can't even begin to describe how crazy-busy my days have been lately. I'll admit that I don't have time to do much more than scan my buddies journals...sorry that I post so few replies, but I'm checking in and praying that all is going well for you all!!!

Still going strong and staying with my lunch time gym routine and with my eating. All is going well!

On a major high note, I was contacted by my gym recently. They are putting a team together for a local duathlon and they want to sponsor me as one of the runner's for race! I was shocked...me the girl who used to say she can't run fast is now being SOUGHT OUT. Major cool!
