I had company these last two weeks and i'm afraid I didn't do that well. I didn't walk hardly at all and I ate things I never eat. We made French fries and potato chips over the fire. It was really fun. I did make a few desserts too. Company... not good for my diet... So, they left yesterday and today I ate well and walked 6.5 miles. I did not weigh in yet but I did see 179 a couple of days ago. I couldn't bear to put it in. I know that 's awful but I just couldn't. Call me chicken. I never want to see that number again. Maybe it helped kick me in the ass.

How cool cooking potato chips over a fire. I would love to hear how you did that, so I can store it in my back pocket for a family treat some day. And way to go on getting right back to it now that you've had your fun!

Hey Kim, Each day is a new day, right? I have not lost any more. I hover at around 171-172 right now. I am still mostly not eating sugar but for some reason my losing is still stalled. Have faith. You will bounce right back once you get back on track!
