Cricket's Journal, 11 February 2015

I've been fighting an urge all day to lay into a bowl of cereal or eat a PB&J, but I've been trying not to eat sugary carbs since I know that they'll just make me want to eat more. I tried to satisfy with a piece of dark chocolate, and then an apple, and then luckily, I got distracted long enough for it to pass. Tonight, I was itching for a cookie, glass of wine, or something else sweet, but then I poured a glass of water and opened up Fat Secret. Think I'll go brush my teeth and call it a night. Small successes.
