So today was the last day of our work weight loss challenge. I know I'm not the biggest loser, but 15lbs in 12 weeks is something to be proud of as far as I'm concerned. The weekly weigh in at work was very motivating and I'm slightly worried that without that weekly weigh in I'll lose focus. I don't want to spend money on weight watchers or another group program because I know I can do this without paying for it. I keep a very detailed weight loss spreadsheet and I report in to a friend once a week. She's been very good at keeping me motivated and hopefully that will be enough. Exercised at the gym for the first time last night. It was great to have options and the ability to mix it up while I was there. This is truly an amazing journey. I'm learning so much about myself.

15 pounds in 12 weeks is great! Especially since are doing this yourself. You have definitely proven that you know how to lose weight and you can motivate yourself. Weighing in, talking with your friend and reporting here might help with the accountability part--I find that really helpful.
Congrats again on your success!
