I actually allowed myself to eat at Olive Garden and not freak out about all the calories/etc...
I wasn't rewarding myself for the weight loss, but I wanted to join my family and enjoy an evening out. I know now that I can consistantly make good choices and if I want to splurge one day, I cut back on another. I have my goal and I'm keeping it in sight.
I know I say this often, but I'm so glad I don't let an indulgance take me completely off track. I never expected this journey to be easy, but I also didn't expect it to be so enlightening. I know...corney, but so true.
PS - I wish they had spell checker so everyone couldn't see how terrible of a speller I am. : )
