After cleaning up the driveway and walkways I am exhausted. No workout for me, I think a hot shower and early bed after the monsters get down.

After 5 days of them being home I am so ready to put them on the school bus tomorrow.

I know right? Reverse on the snowblower didn't work and we ended up with 33 inches of snow. Days like this I readily admit having a man around would be handy lol. I am trying to talk myself into at least an easy yoga practice.....

digging out from snow is heavy exercise, that's why the warnings in the media re: shoveling. I would count it as weight lifting if you are entering your exercise. Be nice to your body.
