Good morning everybody, Thankyou for all your positive comments on yesterday's journal and all your helpful hints and tips. The thing is I never eat 'processed foods' the nearest thing to that is a sausage or the breaded haddock you get from the freezer. I make all of my meals and if I am making a chilli or shepherds pie I will make enough for 6 and freeze them. Sometimes though I have alot to do and toast is easy which is when I also don't get time to record anything in my food diary. Well let's just carry on with the diet- it is the Christening of the decade next weekend and I am making myself a dress and possible bolero type jacket, the dress is a predominately black with grey and white pattern in it, with a plain black jacket. Have a good weekend ladies.

Good morning Kay! Who is being Christened? You've made me curious again! I think it's a good idea to make extra food and freeze it, especially if you live alone. I used to do that when I had a family to cook for also. It's really not any more trouble and it's so nice to know there's something in the freezer. I hope your diet continues to show weight loss. You must keep us posted! The dress you're making sounds lovely! You'll have to post a picture of you wearing it. Have a happy and healthy weekend, my friend! Be sure to keep an eye on Lulu and Rosie!
