Okay so looking at my diet, I think I am eating too much fat daily. My gola the next time I go grocery shopping is to come up with as many meal plans that I can with less fat and salt. I want to lose about 2.5 lbs a week. I have increased my cardio and I am looking forwardto stepping on that scale Sunday morning and seeing how much progress I have made thus far. This is week one of a new beginning for me so I amd hoping that I work out all the kinks to my new plan and get great results!

Hello, Candiland85! I was thinking the same thing,too about too much fat. What's weird is that my results really kicked up a ton when I started paying attention only to the sugar, carbs, and drinking more water. So, don't beat yourself up. If you're doing Belly Fat Cure, start off simple, then, fine tune it for you!
