So I bought everything I need for this week to maintain my diet! and I am excited about getting back into running and working out!!! We will see how tomorrow goes, I plan on going for a nice run in the morning and then a little weight lifting and and insanity work out in the afternoon! hope i can fit it all in with a well balanced diet!!! Ready to see results. Im taking it one day at a time and this time I am determined to stay on track, sooooo here I go! Wish me luck!!!
