Feeling so full of life and energy...getting back to only healthy foods, lower carbs, more protein and good fats makes all the difference. Supplements are surely helping! Two weeks ago, I reset my goals and now doing 5 days a week at the gym with two days of complete and different cardio each session. Three days a week I work out lifting my max weight in 8-10 reps per 2 or 3 sets for upper, lower and total body/core. I am noticing that I am finally getting the lean and toned look that I want. Not dropping weight at a fast rate, but attacking the last 7 pounds with gusto :)
