Today will be an ok day. I have parent duty and also have to work! EEEKKK, BUT I'm going away this weekend and will really enjoy my alone time, even though I may have a friend visit and also my son & his girlfriend will be there some of the weekend. BUT I will have my alone time, at least I hope so!
I was a bit upset with the scale since it is not going down. Funny how we allow a little square box dictate our emotions at times. After I looked at it and fussed, I looked in the mirror and laughed. I said to myself OUT LOUD, I feel good, I look good, have a few extra rolls here and there, but I FEEL GOOD! So there little square box! I am not going to let IT dictate how I feel. I have enough other things in my life right now that can do that! But again I have to take control over it all and rise above it.
Today will be a good day!
