I just finished watching the semi-final episode of the Biggest Loser. As always, it seems to motivate me to get myself in gear, though I realize those people had the help of personal trainers. I may not be able to take the weight off, as quickly as they did, but I know I can get it off. And so it begins; again.

Thank you! I've already started planning my meals, and will do some shopping tomorrow. Once I have a preliminary stock of basic proteins, in my freezer, which will be easy to cook, such as chicken thighs, turkey wings, pork chops, and pork steaks, it will be just a matter of getting the fresh veggies to go with them for some easy meals.

I stock up on frozen veggies too, ShyGuy. I buy both fresh and frozen when they go on sale so I always have some. Great that you are planning your meals ahead. :)
