Winding down, and getting closer to my new start. I've also been strongly urged, by my doctors, to make it sooner, rather than later. It will be done, but economics still come into play, so you do what you have to do, until you can do what must be done.

Yes, you have to cut your coat according to the cloth (as they say). I know that to do Atkins well, you should eat more meat than I do, but I just cant afford it, so, I do what I do. I hope your new start goes well and you are rewarded with better health and sharper lines ;) x

Thanks. You're right about the amount of meat, that has to be bought, while on Atkins, but I do know how to shop, and usually get the marked down manager's specials. I also habitually check all the sale papers for the stores I shop at.

Meat is expensive, my budget wouldn't/doesn't handle it.
