According to the scales---yes the ones that I love so dearly I have to visit them daily---I'm down to 258. I have another challenge off-site that I'm also participating in and Fridays are weigh in days. I think tomorrow will be another Fat Fast Day. I feel better with every pound I give away. I'm sooo super out of shape. My toddler who is a super speed demon wants me to run around and play with him. I live in a very small house and cannot seem to make more than 3 trips jogging around it before I feel like I'm going to collapse out in the grass. SO my new personal challenge is to race with my toddler every day---3 trips this week then 4 trips around next week and so forth and so on. I mean---he'll always be able to run 20 more trips than I can but I'd at least like to be able to give him a run for it without feeling like I'm going to die in the process.
