Returning to full throttle effort. Logging food and exercise is back in. Denial is out. Saw MRI of foot today. Stress fracture explains the swelling and pain. Have to wear the boot full time for another three weeks. Been cheating and wearing it just a few hours a day. That apparently is not enough to heal the foot.

What can you do at the gym with the stress fracture? Don't get discouraged... Double down. Do what you can . Hang in there !!!

I am doing weight training and some cardio. Wore the boot on the elliptical yesterday

Have you tried switching away from exercises that stress your foot? Row machine instead of Elliptical, Lifting weights while sitting on an incline Bench, pull-ups and other bar work, etc...

Swimming if u can and water aerobics will take the stress off the foot hang in there you have done this before you can do it again just keep the junk out of the house!!! No more M&MS!!!! They suck anyhow!!! Don't forget protein protein protein!!! 60 grams aday if you can cut out carbs as much as you can.
