Went out to dinner with D. on Sat. night. Deliberately decided to take the "night off" ate and drank the following:

2 glasses of red wine
3 chicken wings covered in sugary, fatty sauce
4 pieces of yellow-tail sashimi
4 slices of vegetarian sushi roll

Went to E.K.'s on Sun. Ate reasonably well from 9 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. Lost it from 4:30-9:30 Ate scrambled eggs and diet tuna salad in the car. Went to a movie party at P.D.'s at 7 P.M. and kept snacking until at least 9:30

2 scrambled eggs
1/2 cup tuna salad
3 cups vegetarian stir fry with cashews
1/4 cup of mixed nuts
3 cups of fat-free popcorn
5 large dates
6 dried apricots.

Weighed in this morning at exactly the same weight as Sat. morning. However, I predict, based on experience that there will be a delayed weight gain. Even if I stick to the diet today, I think that I will gain back 2-3 lbs. by this afternoon. I cannot explain why this happens, only that it has happened many times before.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
