No change in weight, but yet I haven't been dieting. I took a hiatus. Started a new job, and now I work from home. I find it harder to plan my meals than when I went out on the road every day. Just going thru a little bit of a lazy phase. Bak to Phase 1 on Monday. Even though I have been eating bread, and normal food it is still way healthier than before I started the diet. But I find that my cravings are started to creep up on me.
I joined Curves Fitness club and will work that into my daily routine.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Once you get used to working from home you will get in a groove & start being able to plan your meals & exercise. Let us know how you like Curves as they just opened one near me & I was thinking of checking it out.

I belonged to Curves years ago and LOVED it. My obese mother even went and was able to do the circut! I stopped going because their hours changed so I couldn't make it in unless I busted butt to get there after work. It was either excerise or let my dog out to pee!! You'll like it...it only took around 30 min and you really get a good toning on there machines. Good luck and keep us updated! Congrats on the new job too!!

Curves is a great place to start working out. However I also had a problem with the hours. Join and have fun.
