I feel terrible. I've been doing so good and now I just ruined it by eating a 1 cup measuring cup of Cheetos's. Geez I hate it when I let my snack cravings get the best of me. :(

I always measure my snacks. They are the easiest things to over indulge. Denying yourself something just sets you up if every time you eat them it is a fail. You need to make friends with them enjoy a sensible portion and walk away.

Don't worry, it shouldn't set you back by much, maybe not at all. We all do stuff like that at times....if it makes you feel better I'll confess my eating a hot dog last night just before bed. Not my best choice but today is another day and I'm adjusting my eating to compensate, the journey goes on. ;)
