Went to my first Vinyasa Yoga class in quite a while this morning. I know I'm not that out of shape, as I was able to do all but the most complicated variations of poses with ease. However, I had to keep resting in child's poses for positions that normally never gave any trouble because I felt light-headed and had those tell-tale sparkles obscuring my vision.

Remind me never to donate blood again...

i have given blood 18 times so far(started in 2008). I still its something amazing to do for other people. Just don't do anything too strenuous for the 24 hours after the donation, drink plenty of water, eat well and you are fine. :)
