So I gained weight. I started using another calorie counter for a bit and noticed, that they are telling me to eat tons of carbs. Just noticed it today. SO for good, I am at Fatsecret. I knew somewhat I would be gaining a little bit of weight. This week, I have to eat less carbs and more protein, keep up with my 4 miles run/walks, and eat what I make (No more bringing extra food in). Hopefully if I work hard enough and I will be back down to 294 next week. Fingers crossed.

Carbs are the enemy! The lower you keep the carbs and the higher the protein...the more weight you will lose. I've lost over 100 lbs this way. I was told if you keep your carb intake lower than 100 grams a day (the lower, the better) your body will start burning its own fat. It worked for me. I am no longer as strict as I was and that is why I had gained some weight back. Since discovering Fatsecret, I'm losing again. I write EVERYTHING down in my food diary. The good, the bad and the ugly. That way when I don't lose weight, I can look back and see what I did wrong and try not to repeat it. I promise you, with your exercise and eating a lot less carbs, you will lose a lot of weight!

I have read so much in this the past 2 weeks and I definitely have seen better results since I have been on a low carb/low sugar/low calorie diet with the exception of my "cheat" or "off" days. :) You can do it!
