Four years ago, I weighed 250 lbs. on a 5 foot-nothing frame. My BMI was 49 pushing 50. I was morbidly obese but surprisingly healthy. I was a BIG girl. I lost a total of 115 lbs over the next several years but gained 30 of those pounds back in recent months! Gaining weight has never been hard for me to do. It seems like I can pack on the pounds overnight....no kidding!
I am so glad I found this website. I have recommended it to all of my friends. One of the major obstacles on managing my weight was not having the patience to write down everything I ate. This site makes that a breeze. I think the "challenges" are going to motivate me as well. The charts and graphs are great at tracking everything. I can see just how much protein, fat, carbs and calories I have eaten and easily track it to see if there is a pattern with my weight gains and loses.
I do not want to go back into a 3x petite, I know, an oxymoron. How can you be "petite" and "3X"?...That is exactly what I was!
