Seriously just wishing I could get down past 140 so I can finally put in my actual goal weight of 120. Maybe I'll just do it anyways, maybe putting myself back in the orange or yellow will get my butt moving.

What does everyone on here do for fun in their workouts? I usually like doing zumba, its my favorite, and I also really like lifting weight, and I want to start getting into yoga. But I really want to start tying new workouts that add a little bit of fun and make working out less horrible!

Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday!

I relate to that. I'm looking forward to the teens. I was down to 128.4 before a sodium gain this past week. Being in the 120s is good, but I want to see that 1 there instead of the two. It will be ONEderful. I got that from another FS member who was happy to break 200. I'm going for the ONEderful zone. Fun workouts - yes, dance classes are fun. I tell everyone to ride their bike to work if they can. Makes a lot of difference - at least for me - in stress reduction.

If it was warm enough to ride a bike, I definitely would. Unfortunately I live in Buffalo where this past week it has been averaging anywhere between -10 to 15 degrees. We get maybe a good 3 nice months, and that's about it. Definitely makes going anywhere a struggle!

We call that zone ONDERLAND and as soon as I got 11 pounds away the holidays came and I stalled going up and down the same 2 pounds.

I love love love zumba!!! Yoga is good as well, and it's easier to tell if you're progressing (more flexible, more upper body strength, etc.). I tried a cycling class, but my legs couldn't take that and running so I kept with running. There might be some core classes you could try out?

Is your food diary from yesterday pretty accurate as to what you have every day? If you are at a plateau I would suggest your fat intake be around 20g less per day. And watch the sodium. Keep at it, you'll get there! Re: Sod Fat Carbs Sugar Prot Cals 4814 68.99 208.63 52.41 154.30 1984

I've been using Fitness Blender workouts, and I love the variety and the totally down to earth attitude of the trainers. Mostly I do cardio and bodyweight strength training exercises, but there are always new moves to try to keep it interesting. And free!
