Good evening. Hope everyone has had a good day. 1st off - I did NOT get up and get out of the bed this morning and get on the Wii Fit. However, I did work out with my Fitness coach this evening. I am going to try and get on Wii Fit tonight - especially after the dinner I just ate. Hubby loves to cook. He fixed Sautéed Boneless Breast of Chicken with Mushroom Sauce. (Made from scratch mushroom sauce) There was pan fried chicken on a bed of veggies and spaghetti noodles. Whew – all I can say is that is was good – I mean really good. But before – I would have piled salt on top of it and went back for 2nds. (Currently – I can’t go in the kitchen – LOL.) I know my calorie count is off because I couldn’t figure out how to add up all the stuff for the mushroom sauce – so I had WAY more calories than I normally do. But I’m not gonna sweat it. It was dang good.

A husband with kitchen skillz is a gift. It's hard to be your own police, but I am really proud of you for avoiding seconds. As long as he supports your weight loss efforts, I give him an A+, ha-ha.

Good job avoiding seconds, although I am sure it was difficult to do, 'cause that sounded delicious. It's nice to have a man that cooks..lol..
