Well I didn't reach my mini-goal that I set for myself last month. However, after seeing the doctor today, I feel awesome. I missed my mini-goal by 6 lbs., but I lost 40lbs. since I last saw the doctor. I lowered my LDL from 208 to 110, Triglycerides from 214 to 58 and my HDL is at 42. The best thing is my blood pressure is back into the normal range and he took me off my high-blood pressure meds. He doesn't want to see me again for 6 months. Yee-haw!!!
